Paris Motor Show 2010: Porsche 911 Speedster presented Live
It differs from the usual 911 Cabrio in the low line of the windshield, the presence of aerodynamic pads for seats and stretch a canvas roof that can be delivered by hand. What can you do - the authenticity requires sacrifice.
Interestingly, the model Porsche 911 Speedster, was released after 25 years of division Porsche Exclusive, released a limited edition of 356 cars. So all atvo series, coming off the assembly line will be collectible.

2011 Porsche 911 Speedster: Flat, with limited
Porsche puts on a new 911 Speedster in a small series. As a tribute to the first Porsche Speedster with the name - the 356 Speedster - the new model is limited to 356 copies. World premiere of new 911 Speedster of 2 until October 17, 2010 at the Auto Salon in Paris.
The 3.8-liter six-cylinder boxer engine of the Speedster makes 408 hp. They are just as much horsepower as in the new 911 Carrera GTS, which is also presented in Paris, and 23 hp more than the 911 Carrera S. With an average consumption of 10.3 liters per 100 kilometers, the Speedster is not, however, thirstier than the 911 Carrera S Cabriolet. The power transmission to the rear axle with limited slip differential as standard assumes the seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox PDK. Similarly, there is the standard Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) and a ceramic brake system. As commonly in the GTS Porsche announces end of life of a model and it appears that this is still the case with the 911 GTS to be unveiled in October at the World Cup.
The 911 GTS (coupe and cabriolet) is a 2WD version but has the "wide hips" versions of RM or more sports. It is developed around the Carrera S in 3.6 L H6 engine, but in a version that took 23 horses. So the GTS has an output of 408 horsepower (385 hp and 420 Nm on the Carrera s) and always sufficient torque of 420 Nm which allows it to reach 302 km / h and 0 to shoot 100 km / h in only 4.2 seconds or 0.5 seconds faster than a Carrera S.
